ATTO Sementes presents Forage Millet Hybrid at the 25th Summer Technological Show

The scarcity of food in the months of January and February is a major challenge for producers. To resolve this situation, ATTO Sementes presents at its stand at the 25th Summer Technological Show the ADRf 6010 Valente Millet Hybrid for the grazing, pre-dried and silage phases. The event is organized by Fundação ABC and will take place on the 23rd and 24th of February, in Ponta Grossa (PR).

The commercial director of ATTO Sementes, Juca Matielo, explains that Valente guarantees ready-made forage in 35 days, and in 90 days it is possible to pre-dry it of the highest quality. This way, the producer is able to have food for the animals before winter arrives.

“This is the time when the producer is faced with little food for the cattle or only has silage, which ends up being an expensive product. With the millet hybrid, he has the opportunity to produce excellent food at a very interesting cost”, says Matielo.

Valente is the first forage millet hybrid produced in Brazil, developed exclusively by the ATTO Group, owner of ATTO Sementes. By using this forage, it is possible to produce more milk, as each kilo of Valente's dry matter is equivalent to 1,5 liters of milk. The longevity of the millet hybrid is another highlight, with capacity for up to 15 grazings if planted in October.

At the event's stand, ATTO Sementes will present ADRf 6010 Valente in grazing, silage and pre-dried plots and a grazing area of ​​SuperMassa ADR 500, a variety of forage millet with high digestibility and excellent conversion to milk and meat.

“We are at a time when producers have the opportunity to make silage and pre-dried products of the highest quality, with a material that produces a lot of dry matter”, says Matielo.

In 2022, the Summer Technological Show turns 25 years old and will be held at the Experimental Demonstration Field (CDE) in Ponta Grossa. The event takes place from 8am to 17pm, with free entry.
