Arysta LifeScience and DuPont Announce Global Seed Treatment Collaboration Agreement

Arysta LifeScience, a global agricultural company specializing in the commercialization and distribution of plant protection and life sciences technologies, will provide DuPont Crop Protection with innovative fungicide technology with an initial focus on corn and soybean seed treatment products.

At the same time, DuPont will have the right to register, develop and sell seed treatment products using this technology, through its seed brands, to other seed companies and agricultural input distributors. Both companies intend to expand the partnership to develop innovative products in different countries and crops.

DuPont intends to develop, promote and market proprietary products that include Arysta LifeScience fungicide technology combined with its own technologies. These new products will be based on a systemic fungicide that controls both seed and soil fungal diseases, including Fusarium, rhizoctonia, coals, cavities and seed rots, in low doses.
