The Association of Seed Producers of the States of Matopiba (Aprosem) continues to lead the Bahia Seed and Seedling Commission (CSM-BA), with the appointment of Agta Roberta Rufatto (pictured above) as the board's president. The appointment was made official through Ordinance No. 663 of the Federal Superintendence of Agriculture in the State of Bahia, published in the Official Gazette of the Union on July 4, 2025.

Agta Rufatto has worked for ten years at Aprosem, based in Luís Eduardo Magalhães (BA), and will now lead the commission together with Alfredo Dantas Neto, agricultural tax auditor at the Federal Superintendence of Agriculture and appointed as vice-president of the commission.

The composition of the new board maintains the dynamic of joint action between the private sector and the public authorities, strengthening the institutional representation of the commission in the state. “For Aprosem, this participation reinforces the commitment to institutional representation with entities in the Matopiba seed and seedling segment,” concluded the new president of the Commission.
