Professional training in the Matopiba seed sector is a differentiator, to maintain the high level of professionals in this industry. To contribute to this differentiation, Aprosem brought to the region the Master's degree in Seed Technology from UFPel – Federal University of Pelotas, one of the most recognized on the market.
The subjects were offered in condensed modules, in a format that allowed professionals from Aprosem's associated and partner companies to train at Postgraduate level, without compromising the participants' professional agenda.
The pedagogical proposal of the Professional Master's Degree in Seed Science and Technology is based on an interdisciplinary approach with the aim of exchanging knowledge related to seed science and technology. This class with 34 new masters, ending in August 2022, raises the qualifications of professionals who work directly in seed production, being one of the biggest investments in quality that the sector can make.
