The International Center for Innovation and Transfer of Agricultural and Livestock Technology (CIITTA) is in charge of the project that will bring the history of Brazilian Agribusiness and further enrich the agricultural scenario in the country. The Alysson Paolinelli Agro Museum will be an institution capable of welcoming and disseminating stories and memories of Brazilian agribusiness. Its mission will be to communicate to everyone the saga of Brazilian agricultural production in its historical, technological, scientific and human dimensions. It will be a knowledge space aimed at disseminating the social role of Brazilian agriculture in its national and international perspectives.

“Preserving the history of Brazilian agribusiness is essential for understanding the difficult path the country has taken over the last 50 years, until it became one of the largest food producers in the world. Furthermore, the Alysson Paolinelli Agro Museum will have the important role of expressing the technical transformations towards an increasingly sustainable and productive agriculture, which manages to align the preservation of natural resources, with social inclusion and generation of employment and income”, he emphasizes. Cléber Guarany, President of CIITTA.

For Alysson Paolinelli, the museum being named after her is a big surprise and the project is a great achievement in the country that will offer knowledge and entertainment to all its visitors, "I was very happy when they told me that the Museum will have my name! The team that makes up this project under the coordination of CIITTA makes its completion a certainty of success”, highlights Alysson.

Also part of the project is the museologist and director of EXPOMUS, Maria Ignez Mantovani Franco, who states that the space will enable global communication about the excellence of Brazilian agriculture and the importance of its sustainable work that will transform new generations. “The museum will be a space for continued innovation that will communicate globally the excellence of Brazilian agriculture, as well as the commitment made on a global scale to act through partnerships aimed at reducing world hunger and prioritizing environmentally sustainable solutions. Its biggest commitment will be to transform new generations into agents capable of producing food consciously and in harmony with nature, minimizing environmental impacts and actively acting against

social differences. Ultimately, a museum whose essence will be to discuss global food security through transformative educational actions, capable of generating relevant social impact”, concludes Maria Ignez.

Another major participant and member of the team that will bring the museum to reality is Dr. Roberto Rodrigues, who believes that the venture will bring a lot of innovation to the public. “This project already starts with a big name, leading Alysson Paolinelli, who is the man who led the great transformation of Brazil, from a food importing country to a major food exporter around the world. The Museum will bring the countryside and the city closer together, bringing history and the entire relationship with the international area, conquering more and more of the market”, concludes Rodrigues.

The Museum promises to be an integral part of the history of Agriculture in our country and will provide knowledge, culture and great pride in this area that is growing more and more in Brazil.
