With a degree in Business Administration from Insper and an MBA in Project Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV), Silvério has a background in leading teams and implementing data-driven strategies. Throughout his career, he has participated in the development of marketing plans, the implementation of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, and the creation of loyalty programs and performance indicators, such as retention and customer lifetime value.
At Allterra, the executive takes on the challenge of strengthening the marketing strategy at a time of brand consolidation, focusing on increasing visibility and positioning the company in the sector.
