Aiva is launching Flux on the market. The product uses light mineral oil in its formulation. It acts as a spreader and adhesive, providing better distribution of droplets on the leaf surface. It promotes the adhesion of the spray solution and the penetration of active ingredients. It reduces losses due to drift, evaporation, and washing, factors that impact application performance.

According to the company, the product is compatible with herbicides, fungicides, insecticides, and acaricides, as per technical recommendations. It is suitable for both ground and aerial applications. The 20-liter packaging caters to different crops and production systems. The proposal includes operational gains and better return on investment in the field.

The technology employed in Flux integrates Aiva's industrial process based on the rerefining of used or contaminated lubricating oils. This model reduces the demand for new resources and avoids improper disposal. The filtration process uses bauxite as a filter medium for the oil. After the filtration stage, the mineral undergoes regeneration, allowing for continuous reuse. The process generates no solid waste or disposal of filter material. The combination of rerefined oil and bauxite reuse contributes to waste reduction, lower consumption of natural resources, and alignment with the circular economy.
