Managing people is not an easy task and requires sensitivity. Faced with this reality, companies have expanded the way they see opportunities and invested in the continued training of their employees. This is what Agrocete, a Brazilian multinational specialized in the production of special fertilizers, adjuvants and inoculants, proposes to do by launching its business school, called Academia Agrocete.

The initiative was officially launched in August and should include 150 employees in the first stage of training, which runs from August 2022 to March 2023.

Andrea de Figueiredo Giroldo, director of Marketing and Technical Development at Agrocete, explains that the Academy is not just about technical training. According to her, the initiative goes beyond training sales, project management and leadership skills, since investing in training is a way of helping and motivating professionals in developing new skills, which are essential for them and for the organization.

“The Agrocete Academy has the mission of expanding each person's market vision and also broadening their perspective on issues that go beyond the business, mainly on our development actions in sustainable solutions and technologies”, he reinforces.

“It’s an investment in the people who are on the team and make a difference in the company’s history, giving them tools to develop more and more, following market developments”, he adds.
