Agrivalle holds Agro in Debate on the launch of the +Biota Program

Agrivalle, a company in the bioinputs segment, held its last edition of Agro em Debate in November 2021, with the theme: Challenges for the regeneration of the soil-plant system.

The 5th edition was attended by researchers from partner institutions of the + Biota program, a project launched by the company in 2019 and year after year it only expands its location of operation to characterize the microbial diversity of the soil, through a differentiated program of indicators , in order to provide the producer with mechanisms and information to facilitate decision-making in its management. During the meeting, the main factors and the importance of studies for the biological balance of the soil, and their influence on the productive performance of agricultural crops, will be discussed.

On the occasion, Fernando Dini Andreote, professor and doctor in soil biology at ESALQ/USP, Alaerson Geraldine researcher at the Instituto Federal Goiano, Paulo Gallo coordinator of the center for bioinput studies at Fundação ABC, Patrícia de Oliveira nematologist and laboratory manager met Nemavasf, Mônica Müller researcher at Fundação MT and Thales Facanali product manager at Agrivalle, in a round of debates discussing news, trends and disseminating the topic of bio-inputs in use in agriculture, with a focus on the regeneration of the soil-plant system.

The + Biota Agrivalle project emerged with the intention of highlighting which are the factors correlated to the soil that limit the productivity of Brazilian crops, creating a map of intensity and frequencies of these factors, correlating with indicators of life and microbial diversity in the soil, in the locations where the project is inserted in order to show the farmer, based on data and scientific information, what is really happening in their soil and how I can employ the use of bio-inputs, with the intention of working on the regeneration of their soil.
