Agritech brings two new models of fruit farming tractors to southern producers

Agritech, a pioneer in the Brazilian industry in manufacturing lines aimed especially at family farming, presents two new models of tractors for fruit growing during the 42nd edition of Expointer, between August 24th and September 1st, in Esteio (RS). These are the 1155 Fruteiro and 1160 Fruteiro versions, equipped with ultra-modern engines that meet the requirements of international standards for pollutant emissions and low noise.

The technology adopted by the company anticipates the future of the concept in terms of efficiency and is suitable for the MAR-1 program (Agricultural and Road Machines – Phase 1).

“The dense crop market increasingly demands more products with specific characteristics for the activity. Therefore, our launches meet these needs such as power variation, adequate dimensions, low soil compaction, considered a very important factor in perennial crops. All of this combined with low fuel consumption”, points out the Business coordinator, César Roberto Guimarães de Oliveira. 

positive expectations Expointer expects to generate R$2,4 billion in business this year, with a projection of 5% growth in machine sales, which represent almost the entire result of the fair.

“Agritech has always been focused on developing products for family farming, a sector that employs more than 70% of Brazil's agricultural workforce and is responsible for 60% of all the food that reaches Brazilians' tables. We have great expectations with Expointer, as the event attracts this type of audience”, highlights Agritech's national sales manager, Nelson Watanabe. 

Technical specifications The 1155 Fruteiro model has a power of 42 hp, radial tires that provide low soil compaction and a minimum width of 1,350 mm and a height measured up to the steering wheel of 1,275 mm. 

The 1160 Fruteiro version has a power of 51,6 hp, a 48-speed synchronized transmission (24F and 24R), radial tires that provide low soil compaction, with a minimum width of 1,400 mm and a height measured up to the steering wheel of 1,375 mm.
