Agricultural and Livestock Plan is the topic of debate in Lucas do Rio Verde

The Agricultural and Livestock Plan – Proposals for 2018/2019 is the topic of debate by the Secretary of Agricultural Policy of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply, Neri Geller, with representatives of agribusiness entities and financial institutions in Lucas do Rio Verde, Mato Grosso , this Friday, March 23rd.

The discussions will take place from 17:00 pm in the Rio Verde Foundation auditorium, during the Rural Show.

 “The Show is one of the biggest technological events in the country, with demonstrations of machines, new technologies and lectures”, said secretary Neri Geller. “That’s why it’s important for producers to visit the event and also participate in the debate about the new Harvest Plan, because we’re going to discuss the programs and the interest rate for credit for the next harvest.”

Meetings in the States to gather the demands and proposals of the agribusiness sector are already taking place and will be considered in the preparation of the new Agricultural and Livestock Plan.

The technical team from the Ministry's Agricultural Policy Secretariat and the Federal Government's economic team will participate in the meeting in Lucas do Rio Verde.
