Another Incra digital service created to make life easier for agrarian reform settlers is available. The Use Concession Agreement (CCU), a title document issued by the institute, can now be obtained via the internet through Territorial Governance Platform (PGT). Previously, it was only achieved in person, in the local authority's physical units or in those maintained in partnership with city halls.

PGT brings together Incra services that are accessed simply and quickly via the internet. To use it, just have a gov.br account. By clicking on the new field Request Use Concession Agreement (CCU), it is possible to request both the first issuance of the document and the second copy of one that is in force.

The platform cross-references existing information in the municipality's databases and institutions such as INSS and Federal Revenue, in addition to CadÚnico, in order to check whether the interested party is regular in the area of agrarian reform. The result is contained in an automatically produced report.

Beneficiaries update personal data and include others in the Agrarian Reform Project Information System (Sipra) via PGT. Settled farmers receive an application protocol and monitor the progress of the request on the platform itself or via email notification, if they register one.

Incra regional servers analyze the demands and, if there are no pending issues, the Use Concession Contracts will be signed digitally by the superintendent. After the document is released at PGT, beneficiaries can sign it digitally - through their gov.br account, if they are at Silver or Gold levels - or manually. The document can be printed at any time for use.

The issued CCU has an electronic authentication code. In this way, it is possible to prove its veracity, for example, with banks from which the farmer requests financing.

Importance

Upon receiving the Use Concession Agreement, agrarian reform settlers are guaranteed to remain and explore the lot. They can access Incra Installation Credit for investment in productive activities and housing construction or renovation, in addition to government programs to support family farming.

In the CCU there is an indication of the rights and duties of the beneficiaries. Obligations include directly and personally exploring the lot, not giving ownership to third parties and respecting environmental legislation.

After all clauses have been met, the farmer is guaranteed the so-called Domain Title (TD), making him the definitive owner of a rural property.

The Domain Title in an agrarian reform settlement or federal public area can also be requested via the internet through the Incra Territorial Governance Platform.

Make the CCU request and access other services at pgt.incra.gov.br.
