AGCO Corporation is holding its traditional annual "Tech Days in North America" event on June 26 and 27, 2024. According to the company, AGCO's focus on mixed fleets and "retrofit" capabilities will be highlighted, demonstrating technological solutions which can be applied to almost any brand of equipment that the farmer operates.

The “Farm Office Station” will emphasize the importance of mixed fleet management, showcasing machines and technologies such as the Fendt Rogator 900, the Massey Ferguson 5S equipped with the Trimble PTx guide system and the Panorama from Precision Planting. Additionally, AGCO will demonstrate its fully autonomous grain cart, automated haying and tillage equipment, as well as automated targeted spray solutions.

According to the company, the event will also serve as a stage for the integration of next-generation agricultural technologies from AGCO and Trimble, including solutions for all seasons and crop types. The potential of generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) in agriculture will be highlighted, showing how these technologies can revolutionize the sector.

AGCO's PTx brand, representing the company's complete precision agriculture portfolio, is the latest push into technology and innovation, further strengthening AGCO's already established brands in the global market, in which farmers and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) ( OEMs) trust.

“Managing a farm is complicated, but choosing the right machine and technology for the job shouldn’t be. AGCO is unique in offering differentiated equipment brands to meet all farmers' needs and the only company capable of adapting almost any brand or model of equipment with technology that leads to higher yields with fewer inputs. This is how we’ve been putting farmers first for years,” commented Eric Hansotia, president and CEO of AGCO.
