New Releases

With an exclusive T.O.V formulation and a broad spectrum of control for the main soybean diseases, especially Target Spot, Rust and DFCs, always with high consistency of results, Armero is one of the new products of the year brought by ADAMA to the market and is already in its first commercial year as fungicide Target Spot Network Consortium Champion, 2020/21 harvest.

Armero has in its formulation a mixture of two established active ingredients, ensuring a combination of different modes of action, including a powerful protective fungicide. It has exclusive T.O.V. technology, a liquid formulation that promotes greater adherence to soybean leaves; stands out for its ease of application; no risk of clogging spray nozzles; and high effectiveness in combating soybean diseases. In the fungicide management program, Armero is recommended for the first applications, ensuring greater protection and health of the bottom and, as a consequence, better crop productivity results.

At the Coopavel Rural Show, ADAMA will also present the Integrated Management Solution for soybean cultivation (SIM Soja), made up of products that protect crops and help maximize productivity. Among them are the fungicides Across, an innovative solution, with a formula that combines triple control action and is enough to cover 12 crops (cotton, soybeans, corn, beans, potatoes, tomatoes, peanuts, peas, chickpeas, cowpeas, lentils and millet) -- the product has undergone more than 300 tests carried out by the most renowned research institutions in Brazil -- and Cronnos, which has proven effective in combating soybean diseases and features the exclusive T.O.V. technology.

In addition to them, the herbicide Araddo -- a highly efficient combination for the management of bittergrass, crow's foot and horseweed, a complete solution in the management of broad leaves and grasses in the drying of soybean, corn and wheat crops -- and the insecticide Plethora, an innovative and differentiated multi-crop solution, developed to combat caterpillar complexes, such as Falsa-Medideira (Chrysodexis includens), Fall Armyworm (Spodoptera frugiperda) and Helicoverpa (Helicoverpa armigera).

Biosolutions platform

ADAMA has been investing increasingly in research and development of biological (or biodefensive) and plant biostimulation products. Due to the importance of these solutions for Brazilian producers and agribusiness in general, the company created a biosolutions platform, composed of ExpertGrow, a multi-crop product already consolidated in this market, and Emerge, an organomineral fertilizer that has just been launched. Both are solutions aimed at plant biostimulation and contain algae extract and nutrients in their composition.

Developed for seed treatment and focusing on soybean, corn and cotton crops, Emerge aims to improve plant vigor, thus contributing to the construction of a productive crop. “The product meets the needs of tropical agriculture, which suffers a lot of damage caused by biotic and abiotic stresses, as it enhances the vegetative development and defense structure of the plant”, says Vinicius Boleta, Product Manager at ADAMA. At the stand there will be a space dedicated to the product and farmers who are looking for this line will be able to find out more details about the new product and ask questions from ADAMA consultants.

Innovative stand

With one thousand and five hundred square meters, the area occupied by ADAMA will certainly not go unnoticed by visitors passing through the fair. In addition to going up in a balloon, which reaches 20 meters in height, but is attached to the ground, people who visit the space will be able to access a 360-degree sensory tunnel, in addition to doing the entire soybean circuit, which includes entry into a geodesic tent and brings the farmer's challenges, what can be done to improve the experience in the field and the solutions delivered.

Furthermore, a truck, which, once opened, transforms into an area of 15m x 25m, with space to receive up to 40 people (following health protocols for Covid-19), will take the Armero Experience to farmers and will be positioned next to the booth. A chat with experts in disease management and demonstrations of the product's action in an immersive LED room, in addition to conversations with ADAMA technicians, will be offered to those present.

For the Armero Experience to be complete, soybean producers will have the opportunity to climb into the balloon to view soybean crops treated with the product. “This experience matches Armero’s slogan: ‘It’s easy to predict the future when Armero comes first’. We want to show that, starting with Armero, it is possible to see beyond and benefit from a product like this”, explains Dalla Corte.
