Adama presents rust solution at Cotrisal Field Day

Adama participates, from February 12th to 14th, in the third edition of the Cotrisal Field Day - Generating knowledge and overcoming challenges 2020, at the cooperative's Experimental Field, at BR 386, Bairro Beira Campo, Sarandi (RS). Being a direct channel between producers and specialized professionals from Cotrisal and partner companies focusing on new products and technologies for agribusiness is the main objective of the event.

In the six-hectare area, dedicated to studies and experiments, Adama will have an inflatable tent set up to receive groups from the cooperative's 30 branches in Rio Grande do Sul. In the lectures, Cronnos, Galil and ExpertGrow technologies will be presented. Recognized, in 2019, by the Embrapa Anti-Rust Consortium as the most effective in controlling Asian Rust, the Cronnos fungicide has among its differences a liquid formulation that provides greater adhesion to the leaves, ease of application, lower risk of clogging of spray nozzles and effectiveness in combating soybean diseases. 

Galil controls bedbugs with high efficiency, without causing an imbalance in the mite population, freeing the farmer from major concerns and unnecessary expenses with this pest. Vegetable biofertilizer that acts intensely and prolonged on the DNA of plants, increasing their tolerance to environmental stress, ExpertGrow provides more vigorous flowering and a greater number of fruits.

In addition to these technologies, farmers will have the opportunity to learn about Adama Clima, a meteorological station for installation on properties that provides more accurate weather forecasts, as well as access to historical temperature and precipitation data - the data can be accessed through smartphones, computers or the Adama Clima totem.

"Farmers will not only be able to check management trends in soybean cultivation, but also clarify doubts to increase productivity, reduce costs and increase the profitability of their crops", says Adama agronomist Luciano Marquetti.

With 62 years of activity, Cotrisal has more than 10 thousand members in more than 30 municipalities.
