Adama announced the hiring of Tiago Sakagushi as structured operations manager. The company seeks to strengthen its position in the agribusiness market and improve barter operations, a growing trading modality in the sector. He will report to Adner Pozzobon.

With over 17 years of experience in the agricultural sector, Tiago Sakagushi brings to Adama in-depth knowledge in areas such as credit and collections, barter and commodities. With a degree in business administration, he has a career that includes stints at large companies in the segment, where he developed solid expertise in structured operations.

In his new role, Sakagushi will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies aimed at driving Adama’s business growth. His focus will be on optimizing barter operations, which have become essential in the current Brazilian agribusiness scenario.

“It is a great pleasure to be part of this company. My goal is, in addition to leveraging barter operations and the company's business as a whole, to create an area that looks at the profitability of the entire chain, whether from the perspective of the producer, reseller or industry, managing fluctuations in commodity prices and strengthening the agricultural market,” he said.
