Yara Brazil changes market development director

Raphael Gonçalves Martins has been promoted to the position; he will be responsible for strategies that integrate knowledge and products

Raphael Gonçalves Martins has been promoted to the position of Market Development Director at Yara Brazil. As the national leader, he will be responsible for developing strategies that integrate knowledge, products and digital tools, driving innovation and added value across the food chain.

Raphael has over a decade of experience in management and market development in the agricultural sector. Since April 2021, he has held the position of senior market development manager at Yara Brasil, where he led the team in the states of Paraná, Mato Grosso do Sul and Paraguay. He was also responsible for crop strategy, product development and implementation of demand generation plans.

Before joining Yara Brasil, Raphael worked at Stoller do Brasil, where he held several positions within the company, including senior marketing manager and regional sales manager.

He has a degree in agricultural engineering from the University of São Paulo.
