Grupo Vamos and Senai offer free training for mechanical consultants and technicians in GO and MT

Program is aimed at men and women and does not require prior experience. Registration closes until March 18th

Vamos, a SIMPAR Group company and leader in leasing trucks, machinery and equipment, with a wide network of new and pre-owned dealerships, joined Senai to promote a free training program for mechanical and technical consultants aimed at men and women who want to start in these professions.

There will be 40 vacancies and four months of training with face-to-face classes at the Senai units in Cuiabá (MT) and Rio Verde (GO) and experience at Vamos's Fendt, Valtra and Komatsu dealerships, located in these states. Those selected will be invited to develop their technical career within the company.

“The Central-West is one of the most important regions for Brazilian agribusiness and also for the Vamos ecosystem. However, the availability of qualified labor is not keeping up with the growth of this sector in many regions of Brazil. Given this scenario, we are committed to training and training people with the aim of stimulating the development of this market and the regions where Vamos operates in the Central-West,” highlights Luciana Alde, director of People and Culture at Vamos.

To participate in the project it is necessary to have completed high school, full-time availability and reside in or have easy access to the cities of Chapadão do Céu, Formosa, Jataí, Rio Verde, Mineiros, Silvania, Goianésia or Cristalina in Goiás or the municipalities of Mato Grosso do Sul. Sorriso, Primavera, Querência, Água Boa, Rondonópolis, Chapadão do Sul or Cuiabá. Candidates will not be required to have prior experience in the field; Category B driver's license is desirable.

Opportunity aims to encourage diversity in this market

Throughout the 400 hours of training, participants will study subjects such as personal presentation, basic IT, work safety, metrology, basic electrical and hydraulics, engines, power system, reading and interpretation of electrical and pneumatic diagrams, fault diagnosis, among many others, and will be able to access this knowledge in practice, within Vamos dealerships.

“We always want to create opportunities and maintain a social, responsible and egalitarian vision in the communities where we operate. Mechanical and technical consultants are among the most important positions we have in our structure and that is why we also aim for the participation of women, in order to encourage diversity at Vamos”, adds Luciana.
