Valtra, one of the most respected brands in the agricultural sector, is strengthening its presence in family farming, offering tractors and planters adapted to the needs of small rural producers, responsible for approximately 70% of the food that reaches Brazilian tables. This offering seeks to meet the specific demands of this audience, with complete solutions for various crops and day-to-day operations, combined with accessible credit lines such as Pronaf Mais Alimentos (via BNDES or mirror line), offered by AGCO Finance, the manufacturer's bank.
Valtra recognizes the importance of family farming in Brazil. “Our commitment is to provide the best tractor and implement solutions so that these producers can continue to play a crucial role in producing quality food for the country. With the available credit lines, such as Pronaf Mais Alimentos, and our A2R, A2s, A3F and A4s Series tractors, we are facilitating small producers’ access to advanced technologies, allowing them to increase their productivity at low cost and efficiency,” highlights Cláudio Esteves (pictured), Valtra’s Commercial Director.
Family farming is one of the pillars of Brazilian agribusiness, playing a crucial role in food production and income generation in several regions of the country. Aware of the importance of this sector, Valtra offers tractors and implements that offer the best in technology, robustness and efficiency, providing excellent cost-benefit for small and medium-sized producers. Whether for soil preparation, pest management or harvest transportation, Valtra tractors are synonymous with performance, durability and easy operation.
A2R Series: your everyday ally
The Valtra A2R Series is designed to adapt to a variety of crops and daily operations, making it a true partner for rural producers. These tractors stand out for their versatility, being able to operate with a wide range of implements due to the 4 transmission options that suit any type of crop. Their ergonomic design makes operation easier, even on long journeys, providing comfort to the operator and greater productivity in the field. In addition, the model is part of the Federal Government's Mais Alimentos program, facilitating access to credit for purchasing the equipment.
A2S series: high torque and great performance
The A2s Series tractors are the sure guarantee of having a durable, simple and versatile machine on your property. In addition to high performance, they offer fuel savings, thanks to the AGCO Power engine that works at low revs. Its operating station is of the semi-platform type, with direct controls, easy to use, ensuring great simplicity in all day-to-day operations. In addition, it is available in two power levels: 57 hp and 67 hp, according to your needs. Just like the A2R Series tractors, these tractors have special financing conditions for Family Farming operations with rates of up to 5% per year.
A3F Series: for small spaces and great results
The A3F Series tractors were developed to work in confined spaces, such as coffee, citrus and grape plantations. With the smallest turning radius in the category and 25% more lifting capacity, this series allows the use of heavy implements without compromising agility. Another advantage is the fuel savings of up to 12%, thanks to the AGCO Power engine, which offers high torque at low revs, reducing consumption and increasing efficiency.
A4s series: efficiency and economy
Valtra’s A4s Series is an efficient option for producers seeking high performance and economy. With the capacity to work up to 5% more hectares per hour, this series offers maximum performance, in addition to providing 10% savings in fuel consumption, thanks to the electronic injection of the AGCO Power engine. In addition, the A4s Series tractor requires little maintenance and can have up to 12% longer service life than other models available on the market. With the possibility of including the Valtra Guide autopilot system, operation becomes even more optimized, generating savings on inputs and increasing precision in the field.
The A3F and A4s Series tractors are also included in the Mais Alimentos program, ensuring ease of financing.
Compact and HiTech Compact planters
In addition to tractors, Valtra offers planter solutions that complement family farming operations. The Compact and HiTech Compact series are versatile and adaptable to the needs of small producers, with configuration options that ensure excellent plantability and efficient coupling to Valtra tractors. These machines are suitable for summer crops and provide the same level of planting quality found in the brand's large planters.
"The A2R, A2s, A3F and A4s Series tractors were designed to meet the main specific needs of family farming. From handling in confined spaces to operating with heavy implements, these models offer versatility and performance with excellent cost-benefit. The Compact and HiTech Compact planters complete Valtra's portfolio, offering small producers solutions that ensure quality and efficiency in planting, helping to maximize the productivity of their properties", highlights Angelo Isardi Neto, Product Marketing Manager at AGCO.
AGCO Finance, Valtra's bank, facilitates access to its technologies for small and medium-sized producers through financing programs. The main credit line available for this segment is Pronaf Mais Alimentos. Aimed at producers with annual gross operating income of up to R$500, the program offers financing of up to R$450 for pig farming, poultry farming, aquaculture, shrimp farming and fruit farming, and R$250 for other purposes. In addition, collective financing is also permitted, with a financing limit of R$9,9 million, respecting individual limits. The interest rate for both modalities, individual or collective, is 5% per year. This credit line is intended for the acquisition of agricultural machinery and implements and has especially attractive conditions for family farming. In addition to the option with resources from BNDES, AGCO Finance offers Pronaf Linha Espelho: the same conditions, but without dependence on resources from Plano Safra.
With these options, Valtra consolidates itself as a strategic partner for small and medium-sized rural producers, offering the necessary support for the sustainable growth of family farming in Brazil.
