Baldan debuts barter with agricultural machinery
Initiative allows exchange of grains for equipment; initiative occurs in partnership with Grão Direto
With the authority of someone who has been operating in the Brazilian market for 65 years, Valtra reinforces its leading role in national agribusiness by highlighting the best-selling models that are loved by producers throughout the country: A2R, BM, BH and T CVT lines. Considered the “brand’s darlings”, they conquered the Brazilian countryside due to their versatility, efficiency, robustness, fuel economy, comfort, design and high performance.
“This diversity of products is in line with the complexity of the national agribusiness, with specific solutions for crops such as grains, sugar cane, citrus fruits and coffee. Valtra provides powerful, efficient tractors with a lower environmental impact. All to better serve the most diverse profiles of producers in our country”, says Fabio De Biase, Valtra Sales Manager.
The A2R series, one of the oldest lines in Valtra's portfolio, offers greater savings, which is a great attraction for producers. Its engine operates with high torque and low rotation, reducing fuel consumption by up to 10% during daily activities. Its lifting capacity is 6% higher than other options on the market, which allows it to work with larger and heavier implements, increasing the possibility of operations.
In terms of transmissions, this is a multipurpose machine in the field, available in four versions: standard, for simple operation transmission; multiplier, for those looking for precision in working speed; reducer, for those who need high torque at low travel speeds; and mechanical reverse, for greater agility in maneuvers. “In addition to the platform version, all Valtra A2R Series models are available with a factory cabin, a feature that brings greater comfort to daily work”, explains Biase.
Technology is one of the factors that make tractors attractive to producers, such as the T CVT Series. For producers who demand high power and precision, the T CVT Tractor is the ideal solution, with continuously variable transmission and power ranges from 195 hp to 250 hp. Together with the Valtra Momentum Planter, the model delivers high performance, robustness and economy.
But the list of beloved Valtra tractors continues to grow. Valtra’s newest launch, the main attraction at Agrishow 2025, the S6 Series, has already become one of the most desired tractors among rural producers. “The S6 has already become the favorite of the producers who visited Agrishow 2025 and we closed many deals. It is already a sales success,” celebrates Claudio Esteves, Valtra’s Commercial Director.
With exceptional power, integrated smart technology and a design focused on efficiency and comfort, the S6 Series was designed and manufactured in Finland and arrives in Brazil to meet the demands of producers seeking high performance in heavy operations, such as grain and sugar-energy production.
The new S6 Series is Valtra's most powerful tractor family. It was created for experienced operators who value high performance and need responsive, efficient and reliable torque, with low operating costs. It has three models, S346, S376 and S416, with maximum powers of 345 hp, 375 hp and up to 425 hp and torque of up to 1.750 Nm.
The traditional BM line is a reference among Brazilian producers, recognized for its durability, reliability and low operating costs. It is the first option within its power range and has the highest satisfaction rate among Valtra customers. With over two decades on the market, the BM115 and BM135 models — with up to 135 hp — are versatile tractors used in various rural operations.
The tractors in this line feature a 4-cylinder AGCO Power engine with mechanical injection and synchronized Multitorque transmission, which guarantees up to 15% fuel savings. In addition, the BM line offers platform and cabin versions, with options such as air conditioning and adjustable seats, ensuring productivity with comfort.
BH HiTech tractors maximize yield by making better use of the planting area. The line is synonymous with robustness for heavy-duty activities without losing efficiency in the field. With the intelligent HiTech3 PowerShift transmission, the BH HiTech increases the number of hectares worked per hour by up to 8%. Together with the AGCO Power Engine, it is also possible to save 10% on fuel.
To gain even more precision and autonomy, there is a Valtra Guide autopilot system that, when used with centimetric precision.
The T Series arrived in Valtra's portfolio less than 10 years ago, but it has already become the brand's favorite due to its CVT technology, which is characterized by low consumption and robustness. The T Series CVT is recognized for its best performance, efficiency and fuel economy. It has great appeal among producers due to the profitability it provides. It combines all the most modern and technological features available today. The machines are also ideal for work in the sugarcane segment, one of the main crops in Brazil, which requires robust and powerful machines.
The models are equipped with CVT transmission, a pioneering technology in Brazil, which provides an increase of up to 30% in operational performance, without increasing costs. The efficiency is so high that, in just one year, it is possible to obtain the return on investment in a new autopilot system. The electronic engine with AGCO Power system ensures greater control of power and speed, resulting in up to 25% savings in fuel consumption.
