Agrivalle and Nutrien Soluções Agrícolas announce partnership for the resale of biological products
Regenerative agriculture will be available to more Brazilian producers
In agriculture, every detail makes a difference and it is these differences that will be converted into greater productivity and consequently more profit at the end of the harvest. For example, when it comes time to replace an old sprayer, many producers end up retiring the old equipment, letting it deteriorate over time, as the market generally does not pay what it is really worth. To change situations like these, which are very common on Brazilian farms, MP Agro developed the transformation of an old sprayer into a new, highly efficient, self-propelled fertilizer distributor.
With this transformation, in addition to saving up to 80% of the value compared to a new self-propelled vehicle, the farmer can also increase his productivity. How is this possible? As we already know that the gains are in the details, just the fact of being able to use the same sprayer trail in the distribution of fertilizers, the farmer, for example, can reach an additional of up to 6 bags per hectare of corn, avoiding crushing in the lines .
In corn cultivation, with the application of top dressing fertilizer to plants over 1 meter tall, the yield can reach 4 bags of corn/Ha. The practice of fertilization in more advanced stages of the crop is very important to guarantee maximum productivity of a crop, as the technique guarantees the nutrients needed by the plant throughout its development.
According to the farm manager in the city of Jataí, Goiás, Jaime Jair Hahn, who carried out this conversion of stopped equipment, the benefits are many. “In addition to the great savings already mentioned, in relation to purchasing a new distributor, our applications were speeded up”, he highlights.
The transformation of self-propelled vehicles on the farm, in addition to saving money, as already highlighted, also provides gains in sustainability, after all, the producer is reusing equipment that is most often discarded and continues to pollute the environment. Precisely with this concern and focus on greater durability in the use of equipment in the field, MP Agro's Z line is produced in stainless steel, ideal for combating the effects of abrasion and corrosion, being easy to clean due to its low roughness and asepsis.
Thus, it generates an increase in the useful life of at least three times greater in equipment subject to wear, such as fertilizer and corrective distributors that suffer aggression from time combined with the chemical effects of the products. According to Daud Falconi, commercial director at MP Agro, the company thought of every detail when developing the equipment. “In addition to having the chassis, track rollers and entire structure in stainless steel, with a complete range of fastener options we can transform any model of self-propelled sprayer on the market”, he highlights.
To meet the demands of producers, the company has a network of resellers throughout Brazil, factory technicians in all states and remote assistance, guaranteeing the customer all the support they need, concludes Falconi.
