UbyAgro Group, a Brazilian multinational with international operations, announces a reorganization of its Executive Committee, which includes the creation of three new strategic directorates, bringing the total to eight directorates. This move is part of the company's strategy to increase operational efficiency, sustain growth, and prepare business management for the challenges of the future of agribusiness.

“The new Executive Committee reinforces the long-term vision of the UbyAgro Group, which combines operational efficiency, innovation and competitiveness, with special attention to the demands for sustainability in the field,” highlights Fabrício Simões, CEO of the UbyAgro Group.

To lead the Marketing, Innovation, and Portfolio front, the UbyAgro Group announces the hiring of Otávio Mamede as Marketing Director. The executive will be responsible for the areas of Marketing, Research & Development, DTM, Innovation, and Sales Administration – strategic functions for the expansion and differentiation of the company's portfolio. With over 15 years of experience in agribusiness and having worked for companies such as Arysta, Timac, and UPL, Mamede's mission will be to strengthen the pillars of Market Access and Portfolio, promoting greater integration between areas and accelerating the multinational's development.

The strengthening of the commercial area is also highlighted with the appointment of Raiza Machado as Commercial Director for Cerrado 2, responsible for operations in the states of Minas Gerais, Goiás, Bahia, Tocantins, and the Federal District. With 13 years of experience in agribusiness, Raiza assumes leadership of four regional management teams to boost business expansion, increase proximity to clients, and ensure greater agility in commercial decisions in one of the organization's strategic regions.

Ana Guimarães assumes the Operations Director position, becoming responsible for the entire operations, supply, and logistics chain. With a 10-year career and recent experience as Executive Finance Manager, she brings an integrated vision, combining financial knowledge, organization, and management experience to lead the company's operational and production challenges.

Sustainability, innovation and leadership in biologicals

The new format reinforces the UbyAgro Group's vision for the future of agribusiness: consistent growth, combining economic performance with the development of increasingly sustainable solutions for the field. In this context, Vitales, the group's company dedicated to biologicals, gains even greater prominence by directly responding to a growing market demand for technologies that reconcile productivity and environmental preservation.

To increase the availability of these inputs in Brazil and keep pace with the sector's evolution, Vitales will inaugurate a new factory in the first half of this year, which should triple its production capacity. "As it celebrates its 40th anniversary, the UbyAgro Group is restructuring for a new phase of business," adds the CEO.
