The Luiz de Queiroz School of Agriculture of the University of São Paulo (Esalq-USP), in partnership with the Chinese universities China Agricultural University and Hainan University, is open for registration until September 13, 2020 for the Acelera Esalq program.

The initiative proposes an experience of innovation and entrepreneurship for young university students from public and private schools. The program will begin on September 19th and end on December 12th, 2020. There will be eight online meetings, totaling 32 hours of workload, four hours each, from 8 am to 12 pm.

Acelera Esalq will select innovative ideas for Brazilian agribusiness problems. The teams will have direct contact with the main names in the agribusiness innovation ecosystem, as well as professors from Esalq-USP.

Participation is open to students enrolled in undergraduate and postgraduate Higher Education courses, at public or private colleges, with the presence of at least three and at most five members on the team being mandatory.

The program will distribute prizes of R$20 to the best teams classified in a final evaluation by a panel made up of representatives from companies and teachers.

Those interested in participating in Acelera Esalq must register via online form.
