Digitization in the field seeks to transform agriculture
Artificial intelligence, big data and blockchain are among the main trends identified by experts for the transformation of agriculture
Following the tradition of innovation and originality, this year the 3rd National Congress of Women in Agribusiness, which takes place on October 23 and 24, at the Transamerica Expo, in São Paulo, will also bring exclusive attractions, always recognizing the role of women in the scenario of national agribusiness. Among the new features is the awarding of the Women in Agriculture Award, which aims to value and encourage the role of women in the agricultural sector, disseminate good practices and recognize their contribution to Brazilian agriculture.
The awards ceremony, which takes place on October 24th, the second day of the event, is promoted by Bayer, in partnership with ABAG (Brazilian Agribusiness Association) and Ernest&Young, and has the Institutional Support of Transamerica Expo Center. To celebrate the occasion and end the festivities on a high note, there will be a cocktail party for those present. The finalists will have transportation, accommodation and food covered by the award organization.
Registration for the Women of Agro Award is now open on the website www.premiomulheresdoagro.com.br, in force until September 20th. Women who are managers of small, medium or large properties are eligible to participate and recognition will be based on Innovative Management, recognizing good agricultural practices with respect to the pillars of sustainability – economic, social and environmental.
