For the weekend, the forecast is for stable weather in Rio Grande do Sul. There is a chance of light and passing rain in isolated areas of the state. For next week, the weather forecast indicates stable weather across most of Rio Grande do Sul, with the possibility of light to moderate rain in the western border region of the state.
The information is contained in the Integrated Agrometeorological Bulletin 11/2026, produced by the Secretariat of Agriculture, Livestock, Sustainable Production and Irrigation (Seapi), in partnership with Emater/RS and the Rio Grande do Sul Rice Institute (Irga).
Friday (13/3): The system should gradually move away, reducing its influence over Rio Grande do Sul. Therefore, light and passing rain is expected in isolated areas of the Serra and Campos de Cima da Serra regions.
Saturday (14/3): The weather should return to being predominantly stable, with no significant rainfall expected across the entire state of Rio Grande do Sul.
Sunday (15/3): Stable conditions should continue to prevail in most of Rio Grande do Sul.
Monday (16/3), Tuesday (17/3) e Wednesday (18/3)The weather should remain stable in most of Rio Grande do Sul. However, on Tuesday (March 17th) and Wednesday (March 18th), light to moderate rain may occur in the Western Border region, associated with moisture transport. From Monday (March 16th) onwards, temperatures should gradually increase.
Thus, accumulated rainfall is expected to vary between 0 and 30 millimeters (mm) throughout the week. In some isolated areas of the Western Border and Campos de Cima da Serra regions, this value may be exceeded. In the Central, Campanha, and southeasternmost regions, the predicted values will not exceed 10 mm of accumulated rainfall.
