The Tocantins government monitors 50 hectares of high-vigor seed production area.
In the coming days, the weather will once again remain unstable across much of Rio Grande do Sul. This is according to Integrated Agrometeorological Bulletin 38/2025, produced by the Secretariat of Agriculture, Livestock, Sustainable Production and Irrigation (Seapi), in partnership with Emater/RS and Irga.
On Friday (19/9), Saturday (20/9) and Sunday (21/9) the action of a low pressure system adjacent to the Rio Grande do Sul territory should keep the weather unstable. Therefore, on 19/9 and 20/9, light to moderate rain is expected, occasionally heavy in isolated spots, for the central and southern portion of the state and light rain in isolated spots in the northern portion.
On Sunday (21/9), the system will increase its influence over the State, favoring the occurrence of more expressive volumes of precipitation for the entire Rio Grande do Sul.
On Monday (22/9), the system begins to move away and lessen its influence over the state. Therefore, in the southern portion, there are no forecasts of significant rainfall, while in the central and northern portions, light to moderate rain is still forecast, occasionally heavy in isolated spots.
On Tuesday (September 23) and Wednesday (September 24), the weather will stabilize again, with temperatures dropping and no significant rainfall in the state. Overall, expected rainfall totals were between 30 and 100 millimeters in virtually all regions of RS. On the North Coast, forecast totals are slightly lower than in other regions and are therefore expected to be between 30 and 50 millimeters.
