The Federation of Agriculture and Livestock of the State of Santa Catarina (Faesc) warns about the deadline for rural producers to issue the Rural Property Registration Certificate (CCIR) 2024. The document has been available since this morning on the National Institute of Colonization and Agrarian Reform (Incra) to be issued until July 18th.
The document, which is issued free of charge, makes it possible to transfer, lease, mortgage, dismember, share (in case of divorce or inheritance) the rural property, in addition to facilitating access to bank financing for investment in the property.
The president of the Faesc/Senar System and vice-president of Finance of the Brazilian Agriculture and Livestock Confederation (CNA), José Zeferino Pedrozo, reinforces the importance of the CCIR by mentioning that the document is fundamental for any transaction involving rural property. “In addition, it makes life easier for rural producers when seeking credit, as it proves that the property is in good standing. Therefore, it is essential that all rural property owners provide the CCIR as quickly as possible", advises the director.
The CCIR 2024 will replace the document issued in 2023 and will only be valid with payment of the Registration Services Fee for previous years. To issue, simply access the Incra website and select the "CCIR Issuance" option, or access directly via the link: sncr.serpro.gov.br/ccir/emissao.
It is important to highlight that if the rural property has any type of registration impediment in the National Rural Registration System (SNCR), the CCIR will not be available for issuance. In this case, the holder must contact or go to the Municipal Registration Units – UMC, linked to the Municipal Governments, the INCRA Advanced Units or the Citizenship Rooms of the Incra Regional Superintendences, in order to receive guidance on resolving the pending issue. existing.
