The Brazilian Agricultural Aviation Congress (AvAg Congress) 2026 will be officially launched on June 16th in Goiânia (GO), amidst high expectations in the sector. The ceremony will take place at 15 pm, at the Global Parts hangar, at the National Aviation Aerodrome, in the northwest region of the capital.
The program includes presentations on the agricultural aviation landscape, market outlook, and a preview of the event's structure. Participants will also have early access to details of the program, schedule, and services of the congress, which will be held between August 18th and 20th at the Liberty Aeronautical Condominium in Goianápolis, approximately 30 km from Goiânia.
The launch will also feature a special presentation by Global Parts, which is celebrating 26 years in business on the same date. The event will conclude with a dinner starting at 20 pm in the hangar itself.
A national leader in aeronautical supplies, the company has one of the largest parts inventories in South America and operates in the general, executive, and agricultural aviation segments, in addition to technical services and certifications.
Registration for the AvAg Congress is now open and free of charge, through registration on the event's official website. To participate, an access code is required, which can be requested from the National Union of Agricultural Aviation Companies (Sindag) or from confirmed exhibitors.
Registration is also open for the Agricultural Aviation Scientific Congress, which has been part of the program since 2019. Researchers from all over the country have until June 15th to submit papers through the event's online platform.
This year's prizes include R$ 5 for first place, R$ 3,5 for second place, and R$ 2 for third place, in addition to an honorable mention in the Innovation Highlight category. The four best projects will be published in Aviação Agrícola magazine, and all participants will receive a certificate.
The launch takes place at the same venue that hosted the Global Parts Summit 2026 in March, which brought together operators, suppliers, and industry experts. The meeting previewed discussions that are expected to take center stage at the AvAg Congress.
Among the highlighted themes is the transformation of agricultural aviation into an increasingly strategic segment, with greater integration between manufacturers, distributors, maintenance companies, and regulatory bodies. This movement occurs within a context of global pressure on fuel costs, which has intensified the search for operational efficiency and the adoption of technologies.
Data presented at the Summit indicate that the Brazilian fleet of agricultural aircraft — currently at 2.866 units, according to Sindag — could reach approximately 4,3 aircraft by 2035. This growth brings the country closer to the fleet of the United States, currently estimated at 3,6 aircraft, with projections to reach 4,8 in the same period.
