ADM opens positions for Apprentice and Internship programs.

ADM has announced the opening of new positions for its Apprentice and Internship programs in 2026, with opportunities distributed across five Brazilian states. The positions are concentrated in administrative, operational, technical, and engineering areas, and are aimed at young people seeking professional development through hands-on experience in industrial plants. 

Participants will have direct contact with the company's strategic operations, in addition to experiencing the day-to-day operations of a company with a strong global presence and impact on the agribusiness and food supply chain. Ana Herbas, HR coordinator at ADM Brazil, emphasizes that the programs play a strategic role in developing new talent and training professionals prepared to work in an increasingly complex and dynamic environment such as agribusiness and industry. "We are looking for young people with curiosity, a desire to learn, and a willingness to innovate and grow with the company," she states.

Apprenticeship positions

The apprenticeship positions offered are mainly concentrated in administrative and tax areas, with opportunities in Campo Grande (MS), where there are positions for Apprentices in Controllership/Administration; in Rondonópolis (MT), for Administrative Apprentices; in Ribeirão Preto (SP), for Tax Apprentices; and in Uberlândia (MG), for Administrative Apprentices.
