Technicians are already collecting information for the 1st Survey of the MS 2021/22 Grain Harvest

On Monday (20/09), technicians from the National Supply Company (Conab) began the first collection of grain cultivation intentions in the state of Mato Grosso do Sul. The work continues until the end of the week (24/09) and the results can be seen in the announcement of the 1st Survey of the 2021/22 Grain Harvest, on October 7th, on the Company's digital channels.

In addition to the initial numbers for the 2021/22 harvest of soybeans, 1st harvest corn, cotton and irrigated rice, information on the 2020/21 harvest will also be finalized for 2nd harvest corn, cotton and winter crops such as wheat, oats and sorghum, which had delays in the planting and harvesting calendars due to the weather conditions observed during the ending harvest.

The research will be carried out by telephone, through contact with the network of informants made up of technicians from cooperatives, planning offices, input resellers and producers who experience and know the reality of the grain producing regions in which they operate.
