Taurus launches GX2 pistol globally

Taurus has launched the GX2 pistol globally. According to the company, it is a lightweight and compact weapon, ideal for concealed carry. It has a 9mm caliber.

The pistol has a matte black carbon steel finish, 13-shot capacity and AS Striker Fire action. With a 3,39” barrel, the model weighs 540g.

One of the innovations in the GX2 is a lever integrated into the platform system that allows the bolt to be released without any type of tool for first-step disassembly of the weapon.

Other differences are the 3rd generation trigger, zig-plated bolt, sight vertex with lateral adjustment, Picatinny rail and reversible magazine catch.

The GX2 pistol is equipped with a firing pin lock, trigger lock, external manual safety and chambered ammunition indicator.
