The Program selects students who are at the end of their undergraduate course and recently graduated or postgraduate professionals in Agronomy and Biology from all over Brazil. Interested parties can register via the page www.tmg.agr.br/novostalentos.

The project began in 2010 and is divided into two modalities, professional internship and Trainee. In the internship modality, students work for 40 hours per week and in the internship modality, Trainee for 44 hours a week.

The duration of the Program for the internship modality is three months and for the trainee it is one year. Those selected receive an internship grant and specific remuneration for Trainee, plus benefits. In addition to good technical training, it is desirable that the candidate has characteristics such as creativity and innovation, leadership and communication, a good university academic record, fluency in English and willingness to travel and relocate.

The New Talents Program, explains Romão Viana, Human Resources manager at TMG, is consolidated in the country's educational institutions and seeks to meet new talents in the areas of agronomy and biology, who will have the opportunity to work with very experienced researchers, with the possibility of implementation.

Registration is open until April 15th and the results will be published on the TMG website from July onwards. Those selected start at the company at the end of August this year.
