Syngenta opens applications for its Young Apprentice program.

The multinational company Syngenta has approximately 30 new job opportunities for young apprentices in different regions of Brazil. The positions are for Black or mixed-race individuals between 16 and 22 years old who are currently enrolled in or have completed high school or university. Applications can be submitted through the company's website and will remain open until November 20, 2026.

The work schedule is six hours a day, with a 15-month outsourced contract through an NGO, governed by the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). The opportunities offer a 6-hour workday, a salary of R$ 1.533,56, transportation allowance or company shuttle (depending on location), meals, medical assistance, 13th-month salary, and FGTS (Brazilian severance fund).

The open positions are in various areas, such as Human Resources, Production, and Research & Development, and are located in different areas where the company operates, including São Paulo (SP), Holambra (SP), Paulínia (SP), Indaiatuba (SP), Uberlândia (MG), Formosa (GO), Goiânia (GO), and Londrina (PR).
