Staphyt acquires Leisor, a leading regulatory affairs services company in Brazil

Staphyt, Contract Research Organization in Agribusiness, it has just completed its second acquisition in Brazil with the purchase of Leisor Legalização de Empresas Ltda., the largest regulatory services company in Brazil. According to Staphyt's Business Director for Brazil, Luiz Antonio José, this is the largest purchase ever made by the company. “The acquisition of Leisor will place us in a leadership position in Latin America,” he says.

Founded 20 years ago by Elaine Silva – after she spent a lot of time working in the regulatory area in several companies – Leisor has always focused on bringing to the market a team of specialists committed to its clients' expectations, but always customizing each strategy accordingly. with different scenarios.
