A new variety of carrot is also among the new features. A SV7390DT, despite the technical name, is ideal for consumers who want a healthier, tasty diet with the right amount of nutrients. This vegetable has a stronger orange color due to the high levels of beta-carotene, which contributes to healthier skin, in addition to protecting vision and being an ally in protecting bones, hair and nails. For horticultural growers, it is a product with a large and uniform root, suitable for summer sowing, with high leaf health and adapted to mechanical harvesting. Seminis also promises to launch 4 new carrot varieties suitable for winter and transitional planting in 2021.
