Changes were made to Santa Clara's board of directors. Roberto Fava Scare  (left) assumed his presidency. Already Luiz Antonio dos Santos Baptista (right) is the new independent external member of the body. These changes take place in a context of company growth.

Roberto Fava Scare has more than 25 years of experience in agribusiness. He founded the consultancy Markestrat Agribusiness and the Fundamentals of AgroMarketing On Demand Program, among other activities. He has a degree in social communication and law. He holds a master's degree and doctorate in administration from the Faculty of Economics, Administration and Accounting (USP). He wrote several books and served as a professor at universities in Brazil and the United States.

Luiz Antonio dos Santos Baptista has training and experience in corporate finance. His professional activities include various experiences as a counselor for family businesses in the professionalization phase. In these cases, it has a track record of success in terms of results and improvements in governance practices. He also has experience with implementing methodologies for evaluating counselors. And a track record of success in the succession process in family businesses.
