SLC Agrícola receives applications for the 2023 Trainee Program

 SLC Agrícola, the largest grain producer in Brazil, is open for registration until November 27th for the 2023 Trainee Program. In total, there are 19 vacancies in the units located in the states of Mato Grosso (MT), Mato Grosso do Sul (MS), Maranhão (MA), Piauí (PI), Bahia (BA), Goiás (GO) and Minas Gerais (MG) for professionals with a degree completed up to two years ago in the courses of Agricultural Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Textile Engineering, Agronomy, Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting and related areas.

Other requirements are adherence to the company's values, profile for managing people, processes and technologies, identification with the business, mobility, availability to live on a farm and compatibility with organizational skills.

Integrated into the company's Leadership Academy, the program offers a unique opportunity for recently graduated professionals to develop their full potential and stand out in their careers. The initiative aims to support the company's growth strategy, attracting talent with leadership and management potential. The selection process is structured and offers an accelerated development program, focused on the company's values ​​and competencies.

“SLC Agrícola has focused, for more than 10 years, on its succession plan for the first leader in the Trainee Program. Through it, participants join the Leaders Academy and become eligible for the Leader of Tomorrow trails. This development process can last up to a year and, after presenting an improvement project, the trainee is able to occupy coordination positions available in the company. This is one of our successful projects”, highlights Juliana Vencato, People Management and Corporate Communication manager at SLC Agrícola.

She also explains that the company's Mechanization and Agroindustry corporate management positions are occupied by professionals who graduated from the Trainee Program, in addition to other positions, such as Farm Manager. “The program reinforces our purpose of putting people at the center of our strategy. Training internal leaders helps us strengthen the winning culture that is supported by our values: passion for what we do, integrity, sustainable results and lasting relationships”, points out Juliana.

Those selected in the Trainee Program will work in the areas of Agricultural Production, Grain Processing, Cotton Processing, Seed Processing, Mechanization, Administration and Human Resources. SLC Agrícola offers remuneration compatible with the area of ​​activity and benefits that include profit sharing, accommodation, cafeteria, food vouchers, medical and dental assistance, pharmacy reimbursement, private pension and life insurance.

Registration for the selection process must be made on the platform Guppy. Those selected will go through the stages of video presentation, behavioral test, interview with HR, panel with online dynamics, interview with the manager, and final evaluation (tests).
