São Paulo wheat chain meets to debate and analyze current cereal scenario in the world

Eighth Meeting of the São Paulo Wheat Production Chain will be held by Sindustrigo, on September 29th, at Fiesp

In a scenario of many variations and uncertainty in the national and international wheat market, the São Paulo Wheat Industry Union - Sindustrigo promotes, on the morning of September 29th, the 8th edition of the São Paulo Wheat Production Chain Meeting , an event that will bring together different players in the chain at the Espaço Nobre of the Federation of Industries of the State of São Paulo (Fiesp), in addition to being broadcast on the Union's YouTube channel.

The event program, which annually promotes a debate on the panorama and projections for the wheat market, will feature four panels: International and National Wheat Market Situation, Sustainability and Innovation, Advances in Wheat Production in Brazil and Retail and Wholesale .

“Traditionally, the event promoted by Sindustrigo is a time to stimulate reflection on information and analyzes relating to the cereal scenario in Brazil and the world, seeking to assist the entire sector in decision-making and also in directing its business”, highlights the President of Sindustrigo, Amedeo di San Marzano.

Among the names confirmed for the event are the General Head of Embrapa Trigo, Jorge Lemainski, who will speak about advances in wheat production in Brazil, the Head of Grains (wheat and corn) of Aliança Agrícola do Cerrado, the Sodrugestvo Group, Douglas Araújo, who will bring an overview of the international and national wheat market situation, in addition to the Head of Strategy and Management at Gouvêa Consulting, Mr. Jean Paul Rebetez, who will also participate in the event and will address the retail and wholesale market.

The event also features the participation of the Director of Institutional Affairs at the Institute of Food Technology – Ital, Luis Madi, who will speak about “Industrialized Foods: Trends, Myths and Facts” and the Deputy Director of the Institute of Food Technology – Ital, Gisele Camargo, who will give the lecture “Innovation for the Food Sector”, both on the panel on Sustainability and Innovation, all with the moderation and presentation of the journalist and presenter of Programa Bem da Terra, broadcast on Canal Terraviva, Renata Maron .
