Cooperatives from Rio Grande do Sul interested in participating in PAA 2020 will be trained

Family farming cooperatives in Rio Grande do Sul will have the opportunity to learn about the criteria for joining this year's Food Acquisition Program (PAA), in the Purchase with Simultaneous Donation (CDS) modality. The National Supply Company (Conab) is promoting a training video conference this Thursday (28), starting at 9am.

The following topics will be addressed at the virtual meeting: opening period of the PAAnet system, installation of the program and preparation of proposals; registration in the National Rural Producers Registry System (Sican), system operation and tools; definitions of the PAA management group; Mandatory documentation for qualifying proposals and product prices.

The training, which will be carried out in partnership with Emater/RS, is open to organizations interested in sending participation proposals for the year 2020. Access will be via the Teams platform, and it is necessary to download the application to join the meeting via link access. 

Interested parties must join as a guest and identify themselves with the name and cooperative they represent. On the day of the meeting, the room will be open from 8:30 am.
