The harvest of a record wheat crop is practically completed in Brazil. According to Cepea researchers, despite the greater availability internally, prices remain firm in the Brazilian market, supported by high external values, due to the lower global supply and the parity of import.

As for derivatives, wheat bran prices are falling, pressured by lower demand – these agents, in the composition of animal feed, have replaced bran with wheat (with the worsening quality of wheat in the Paraná) and soybean hulls. In the case of flour, the values of the majority continued to rise.
