With a solid track record in the agrochemical sector, Raiza Machado (pictured) has been appointed Commercial Director for the Cerrado region at Ubyfol – Uby Agroquímica. The executive assumes the role with the mission of leading the company's commercial strategy in the region, driving sustainable growth, and strengthening business performance.
Raiza will now be responsible for operations in the states of Goiás, Tocantins, Bahia, northwestern Minas Gerais, and throughout the Northeast region, leading the structuring of channels, relationship management with strategic clients, and leadership development. Her work is guided by market intelligence, data-driven decisions, and close client relationships.
An agricultural engineer, the executive has extensive experience in consolidating and expanding sales in crops such as sugarcane, citrus, coffee, fruits, and vegetables. Before assuming the directorship, she was a senior manager of specialties (Business Unit) at Ubyfol, leading regional offices in different states, in addition to having held regional management, commercial coordination, and technical sales positions throughout her career.
