Kuhn opens distribution and training center in Palmas
The location aims to meet the growing demand for parts distribution in the Matopiba region
Rabobank Brasil announced the appointment of Fabiana Alves (photo above) as the bank's new CEO in the country and Head for South America from today. With more than 14 years of experience at the bank, she has a solid track record at the institution.
Fabiana joined Rabobank Brasil in 2008 as Consulting Manager and went on to hold several leadership positions. She was director of Rural, responsible for serving producers and, since 2019, director of Corporate Clients, where she delivered significant results during her tenure. Furthermore, she was a pioneer in the market with the Mulheres do Agro movement and began the process of implementing sustainable deals at the bank.
With in-depth knowledge of agribusiness and a focus on customers, Alves assumes responsibility for the bank's operations in South America. "This new opportunity is the result of the support and hard work of the entire Brazilian team during our 14-year journey together. I am grateful and very excited about taking on South America to continue our integration as a region and be even more relevant to the success of the institution”, says Fabiana Alves.
The new CEO has extensive experience in agricultural production and the food industry. Fabiana is an agricultural engineer graduated from the Federal University of Viçosa, with a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV) and an MBA with a focus on organizational development and finance from the University of California, in the United States.
