Those interested in participating in the 24th Brazilian Agribusiness Congress have until July 11 to take advantage of the promotional registration period. Registration and payment must be made through the event’s official website. The Congress will take place on August 11, in a hybrid format, with the theme “Agro-alliances”.

Promoted by the Brazilian Agribusiness Association (ABAG) and B3, the meeting brings together authorities, businesspeople, researchers and professionals. The objective is to build pathways to increase productivity, competitiveness and sustainability in the sector.

This year’s edition highlights the role of partnerships in overcoming global and national challenges. The opening will be given by Ambassador Roberto Azevêdo, former Director-General of the WTO, with a lecture entitled “Agro-alliances and the Future”.

The program includes the panels “Food, Energy and Innovation” and “Agrobrasil with Sustainable Growth: Financing and Capital Markets”. There will also be a round table on “Energy Transition”.

ABAG will present the Ney Bittencourt de Araújo Award to Ambassador Alexandre Parola, and the Norman Borlaug Award to former Minister Izabella Teixeira.
