In a landmark year for its trajectory, Picinin Alimentos, from Santa Cruz do Rio Pardo, São Paulo, celebrates 50 years of operation in the sector, highlighting a strategic contribution that favored its growth: the 30 years of partnership with Indumak, one of the main Brazilian manufacturers of packaging machines, balers, bagging machines, case packers and palletizing systems.
In mid-January 1975, the Picinin brothers officially established the company, which has established itself as one of the main food processing and marketing suppliers in the interior of São Paulo. These products include corn, rice, farofa, flour, and beans, the latter of which holds the title of premium bean among the five most recognized brands in the interior of São Paulo. In addition to its headquarters in Santa Cruz do Rio Pardo, the company has a branch in Uruguaiana, Rio Grande do Sul, under the commercial direction of Renato Picinin (in the picture).
According to him, the partnership with Indumak, which began in March 1990 and remains strong, has become a strategic pillar for Picinin's growth. "Today, we have 19 Indumak equipment in operation, covering packaging, baling, and palletizing lines," says the commercial director, adding. "We value partners who combine tradition, innovation, and trust. We chose Indumak as our technological partner because the company offers robust, reliable, high-performance equipment, in addition to providing agile and close technical support. Another key factor is the brand's ability to keep pace with market developments, offering solutions that guarantee efficiency and competitiveness. These factors give us the confidence to continue growing together," he reinforces.
Renato Picinin also emphasizes that Indumak, with its history of quality and constant evolution, has earned the position of the company's main supplier, serving as a reference whenever customers and partners visit the food industry to learn about its production structure.
More than a trajectory of growth and innovation, Picinin's history is also made of human connections—with employees, partners, and consumers. "After all, collecting moments with those who matter is what makes life more meaningful. Whether at the table with family or on a break with friends, food is a bond that brings us closer and demonstrates care. And it is with this same care that the company chooses its partners, like Indumak, to continue offering products and experiences that are part of people's daily lives. Because growing together also means sharing a purpose," summarizes Renato Picinin.
