Cultivate, with Adapar information

Developed by the Agricultural Defense Agency of Paraná (Adapar), the Vegetable Pest Occurrence Information System is based on data collected between 2018 and 2022. The objective is to boost agricultural productivity, reduce losses and improve farmers' income.

The project began in 2018. The agricultural engineers Patricia Wyler e Roberta M. Scremin are responsible. The system uses data collected by several professionals. Taxes. Agronomists. Agricultural technicians. Researchers. Producers. The samples are sent to the “Marcos Enrietti” Diagnostic Center (CDME). And the platform transforms this data into useful information.

The project is a cooperation. It involves the Paraná State School of Management and Unioeste. Combines theory and practice. The result is a comprehensive system. Helps boost productivity and reduce losses. And it benefits farmers.

The interface is intuitive. Shows pests by municipality. Provides access to historical data. Helps in planning future actions. Furthermore, the system is constantly updated. It is based on CDME diagnoses.

The system is now available for use. Can be accessed here.
