Every day, rural producers are faced with adversities in the field and need strategies, products and solutions that help them obtain, in addition to healthier crops, greater productivity. Unfavorable weather conditions and plantations without adequate nutrition are factors that can affect crop performance and lead to the loss of entire production. Therefore, thinking about nutritional management has become essential to have quality from planting to harvest.
“Nutrition is the foundation of agricultural production. It is important to highlight that the act of nourishing the plant directly affects the productivity of the crop and the profitability of farmers. With adequate nutrient management, agricultural potential is maintained and significantly increased, not only in quantitative but also qualitative terms”, explains Nutrien's portfolio manager for Latin America, Rafael Nogueira.
To further boost agriculture and help those in the field to obtain greater productivity, with the purpose of offering the best solutions to farmers, Nutrien Soluções Agrícolas, one of the largest distributors of agricultural inputs, launches three new products on the market. nutritional line: Coach, Booster Infinity and Booster Pro. These inputs are included in the company's portfolio to further strengthen all stages of good production, especially in challenging times and inclement weather.
Coach
Loveland - a Nutrien brand recognized worldwide for its technology and high-performance products - brings Coach to the Brazilian market, a plant growth regulator, used to assist rural producers in times of adverse weather conditions, especially in problems related to water stress, during the harvest and/or off-season. Coach allows the plant to absorb more water and nutrients, with greater tolerance to periods of water restriction, from the tip of the root to its aerial part - acting on initial development. The product brings more roots to cultivation and better plant architecture, thus promoting healthy and profitable farming.
Present on shelves in the United States for over 15 years, Coach took five years to be brought to Brazil. “It took five years of research and studies carried out by various bodies to develop it, offering an innovative solution to the country’s farmers. In addition to productivity, the product reinforces our commitment to sustainability, requiring a lower application dosage, compared to the competitor, and optimizing the use of water, resulting in more production in a smaller space”, says Nogueira.
At first, the solution is recommended for soybean, cotton, potato, beans and corn crops.
Booster Pro and Booster Infinity
Agrichem - a brand of nutritional products from Nutrien Agricultural Solutions and a specialist in plant nutrition - launches two new products to the market derived from the originally known Booster. The Booster family now has Ecklonia Maxima algae extract extracted through a biological process, something unprecedented in Brazil and the world. To offer the best solutions to our customers, Booster was divided into two products: Booster Pro and Booster Infinity. Thinking about seed treatment, Booster Infinity arrives on the market bringing more development to the roots, enabling more nutrition, performance, as well as increasing the crop's potential and gains for the farmer. The product is only indicated for seed management and cannot be applied at any other stage. Booster Pro comes to complement nutrition and performance on the field. The product is indicated for application in the vegetative and reproductive phases, with application via leaf. The solution could allow the farmer to develop a plantation with more pods and more grains, resulting in a harvest with greater productive potential.
“These products have excellent absorption, thus reducing input waste and facilitating the precision that the producer must use for each crop. Furthermore, reinforcing our concern with sustainability, the products have a lower level of heavy metals, compared to the requirements of the Ministry of Agriculture, in addition to not leaving residues on the land or in the farmer's machinery”, highlights the commercial director of Agrichem, Luis Roberto Arruda.
The two products are recommended for soybean, cotton, potato, beans, corn, HF and cereal crops.
