Água Boa Center (MT) holds Estradeiro on Friday (3)

The Center for the Association of Soybean and Corn Producers of the State of Mato Grosso (Aprosoja) in Água Boa will hold a Municipal Estradeiro this Friday (3), starting at 6am. The objective is to inspect the state highways MT-240 and MT-414 and municipal roads, which cover a region responsible for 90% of the area planted with soybeans in the municipality.

The coordinator of Água Boa, César Giacomolli, informs that the forecast is to cover around 300 kilometers on the road. “We will monitor the conditions of the roads essential for agricultural production here in our region and carry out inspections on bridges", he notes. This is the third year that the center has carried out its municipal road.

The projection is to mobilize around 20 people in the initiative, mainly farmers. However, as in previous years, the delegate intends to count on the participation of local authorities, politicians and public managers, who can check on site the conditions of the roads and highways that transport production.

After carrying out the road, the Aprosoja Center consolidates a report with photos and a description of the status of each road visited and sends it to the State Secretariat for Infrastructure, pointing out deficiencies and requesting repairs and corrections. “This is our role: to activate public authorities", says César Giacomolli.

Aprosoja's municipal roads began to be carried out in 2015 after the successful consolidation of roads at the federal and state levels. In these, federal and state highways are visited, and the perspective is macro. In editions carried out in municipalities, inspections include local roads and there is a strong correlation with local public authorities.
