Nitro Agro announces change in marketing management.

Nitro Agro announced the promotion of Lana Paola da Silva Chidichima Gaias to the position of Marketing Manager, a role she assumed in November. The executive will now lead the strategy, management, and market development in the company's Southern region, which encompasses the states of Mato Grosso do Sul, Minas Gerais, São Paulo, Paraná, and Rio Grande do Sul. Lana has been with the company since 2022.

Prior to her new position, she worked as a technical market development manager for biological products, also focusing on the Southern region. She has previous experience in companies such as Campo Forte Fertilizantes, Microgeo, and Polli Fertilizantes, in the commercial and sales areas.

Lana Paola holds a degree in Agronomic Engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná (PUCPR) and a master's degree in Agronomy, with an emphasis on Plant Protection (Nematology/Phytopathology), from the State University of Maringá (UEM).
