New Holland dealerships in Uruaçu and Itaberaí are acquired by Mercedes-Benz reseller

VD Comércio de Veículos Ltda., headquartered in Cariacica, State of Espírito Santo, signed a contract for the acquisition of New Holland dealerships in Uruaçu and Itaberaí, both in the State of Goiás. These dealerships are responsible for operations in 80 municipalities. The seller is Aquimáquinas e Peças Ltda.

Since 2023, VD Comércio de Veículos has been operating in the agricultural machinery and implements dealership segment. This is through the right to resell the New Holland brand for the operational areas of the municipalities of Jataí, Mineiros, Caiapónia and Alto Taquari.

Traditionally, the company, part of the Águia Branca Group, operates as a Mercedes-Benz do Brasil dealership, selling trucks, buses and sprinters, in addition to parts and tire sales and workshop services. It has establishments in the cities of Brasília, Cachoeiro de Itapemirim, Cariacica, Colatina, Contagem, Curitiba, Domingo Martins, Linhares and Serra.

The purchase and sale involves establishments and other tangible and intangible assets, such as: the concession to carry out business in the regions with the New Holland brand (belonging to CNH Industrial), stock of parts, tools and equipment, customer portfolio, database of customers, social media profiles, physical assets and goodwill.
