Mosaic is accepting applications for its paid internship program at a technical level. Interested parties have until November 3 to register. In total, there are 22 positions available for students in eight states, who will have the opportunity to reinforce their learning outside the classroom and put theory into practice.
The opportunities are for students who are enrolled in a technical course scheduled to be completed from December 2026 onwards and are available to intern, in person, for 6 hours a day (Monday to Friday).
The selected candidates are expected to start work in February 2025. Students from courses in the areas of Occupational Safety, Environment/Environmental Management, Electromechanics, Electroelectronics, Electronics, Electrotechnics, Electrical, Mechanics, Buildings, Maintenance, Industrial Instrumentation, Control and Automation, Mechatronics, Chemistry, Mining Chemistry, Mining, Nursing and Surveying can apply.
The stages of the technical internship program selection process include personality, Portuguese and logic tests and interviews with CIEE psychologists and company managers.
After going through the selection process, candidates will be recruited to work in Mosaic's operations in the states of Goiás (Catalão), Minas Gerais (Araxá, Uberaba and Tapira), Mato Grosso (Sorriso), Paraná (Paranaguá), Rio Grande do Sul (Rio Grande), Bahia (Candeias), Sergipe (Rosário do Catete) and São Paulo (Capital and Cajati).
"The technical internship is the bridge between theory and practice. It not only expands knowledge, but also connects students with the challenges and demands of the profession in the day-to-day of companies, forming more complete professionals who are aware of their area of expertise. Mosaic's Technical Internship Program is an opportunity for students to improve their skills at one of the largest agro-mining companies in Brazil", says Flávia Angelon, Talent Acquisition Manager at Mosaic.
Registrations can be made via the CIEE (Business-School Integration Center) app or website.
